NO- Xplode, a proven pre-workout supplement by BSN, came onto the market in 2004 and revolutionised the world of sports nutrition. The BSN product has been re-engineered several times, its composition and taste optimised in the process.
After talking to strength athletes, their feedback was used to craft the latest version - NO-Xplode 3.0 - helping deliver improved levels of energy, endurance and performance. A new Master Performance Formula was added to the old one, plus taste and mixability were improved.

NO-Xplode 3.0 provides the body with numerous nutrients prior to training. In addition to numerous vitamins and magnesium, the pre-workout booster also contains amino acids such as L-Arginine and beta alanine. The patented brand CarnoSyn®, the purest and highest quality of beta-alanine, was also used in the process. CarnoSyn® is a single agent known to strength athletes around the world.
Plus, NO-Xplode 3.0 also contains 3.4 g creatine monohydrate per daily serving. Taking upwards of 3 g creatine per day can help boost performance in dynamic strength training as part of a brief and intense workout. This allows you to enhance workout intensity and boost repetitions.
Taurine and caffeine are also important ingredients in the pre-workout booster by BSN. It contains 300 mg caffeine per daily serving which can help raise levels of endurance and stamina.* Plus, it helps to maintain concentration levels and delay fatigue during training.
*In order to attain an increase in stamina, 3 mg caffeine per kilogram body weight must be taken around one hour prior to training. For an adult weighing 70 kg, this corresponds with 210 mg of caffeine around half-an-hour prior to sport. This is particularly true of training boosters and drinks.
**The body needs a quantity of 75 mg of caffeine per serving in order to wake up and boost attentiveness. *In order to delay fatigue, 4 mg caffeine per kilogram body weight must be taken around one hour prior to training.
