Directions: dissolve 2 to 6 Stevia Tablets in warm or hot liquid depending on your taste. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 mg per kilogram of body weight. Someone weighing 60 kg may consume a maximum of 16 Stevia Tablets in one day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
