Body Attack® Protein Pancake (baking mixture, original Buttermilk flavour) consisting of 35 g high-quality protein sources (Whey protein, Chicken Egg protein and Casein).
Suitable for active individuals with high protein requirements (e.g. diet-conscious and Athletes).
Directions: Add 100 g (about 3 heaped scoops / makes about 3-4 pancakes) to 150 ml cold water and whisk into a smooth batter. Heat oil in a pan and pour as much batter as required evenly into the pan. Then fry on both sides at medium heat settings until golden brown.
