Manufacturing process of the Optimum Nutrition Hydro Whey
The manufacturing process of the Hydro Whey is divided into 3 process stages: clarification, hydrolysis and enrichment. In the first step, excess moisture, fat, cholesterol and other undesirable substances are removed, so that only 0.5 g fat and 2.2 g carbohydrates are contained. After the whey protein has been freed from undesirable substances, it is hydrolyzed, i.e. the protein is broken down into smaller, more quickly digestible peptides using water. Afterwards it is enriched with the muscle amino acids BCAA.
Each Shake Platinum Hydro Whey provides 30 g of pure whey protein and a high proportion of 8,800 mg BCAA (branched chain amino acids) which are natural components in the muscles.

To help build muscle, Platinum Hydro Whey is best taken early in the morning, before and / or immediately after training. The powder, which is mixed with water or low-fat milk to make a shake, has a very good solubility and convinces with a delicious taste. Preparation:
