Clinical research has shown that BETATOR® most likely does not have any side effects at all.
How and for how long should I take BETATOR
®?
Take two capsules each daily after getting up in the morning, in the afternoon and before bedtime with plenty of liquid (200ml). On training days, take two capsules in the morning as well as before and after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
How long does it take until I notice the effects of BETATOR
® on my muscle mass?
It depends on the individual training programme.
Which products are best combined with BETATOR
® before, during and after training sessions?
Experience has shown that the best products are the ones that replenish the ATP stores in the muscles, creatine and protein. Taking BETATOR® in combination with protein is sensible, as protein is an element that helps build muscle mass.
What kind of diet is sensible as a combination with taking BETATOR
®?
A diet comprising 25 % protein, 25 % fat and 50 % carbohydrates is recommended.
Is BETATOR
® free of any banned substances?
BETATOR® does NOT contain ANY banned substances. BETATOR® is beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate in its pure, free acid form; it is produced naturally in our bodies during metabolism of the amino acid Leucine. Leucine is contained quite naturally in foods such as meat, fish, soy or alfalfa.
How is BETATOR
® produced?
BETATOR® is produced using state-of-the-art, quality-assured (GMP) systems based on a patented manufacturing process. Developing the product took 6 years; research is currently ongoing to investigate other applications.
Can I take BETATOR
® during pregnancy or when nursing?
Pregnant or nursing women should NOT take BETATOR®, as no safety studies have been conducted so far in this respect.
What should be watched for while taking BETATOR®?
BETATOR® should not be combined with calcium-rich supplements. If you take products such as calcium-magnesium tabs, casein or protein shakes in general that are served with milk, you should do that 2 hours before or after you take BETATOR®.
Calcium inhibits the absorption of BETATOR®.
