Regeneration products for greater effectiveness in training
After training is before training. Wrong. It would be more accurate to say that after training comes the regeneration. The regeneration factor in sport is just as important as adequate training and suitable nutrition. And this applies equally to endurance sport and power sport.
But its not that easy to regenerate properly. It remains true, though, that regeneration – more precisely regeneration period, regeneration measures and regeneration diet – is the key to success. These factors are decisive in the ability to regenerate and hence to achieve sporting success. Influences on regeneration must not be ignored during sport. Without suitable breaks the visible and sustained signs of success will not appear.
