The Body Attack Fat Burner Drink is a calorie-free, low-sugar soft drink
with a selected combination of nutrients from Taurine, green tea extract and caffeine
. Each bottle of Fat Burner Drink has 1,500 mg Taurine
Taurine is predominantly present in the fluids of the human body cells and is involved in the regulation of fluid balance, the cell volume and the influx of calcium into the cells. An optimum fluid exchange between the cells is the basic prerequisite for effective muscle growth.
Calcium is in turn an important mineral for signal transmission between the neurons and muscle contraction (also according to HCVO (Health Claims Regulation)). Moreover, the soft drink is made of natural mineral water, which can contribute to normal physical and mental performance.
In addition to Taurine, the Fat Burner Drink also has high-quality green tea extract
. This is rich in the so-called polyphenols
. Vitamin-like properties are attributed to these phytochemicals. This is why the daily consumption of green tea is a tradition spanning for thousands of years in Asia.
The 500 ml Fat Burner Drink has 300 mg green tea extract
. The green tea extract also provides a portion of the caffeine in the soft drink from Body Attack. One bottle of Fat Burner Drink contains 170 mg caffeine
on the whole. This corresponds roughly to the caffeine content of a litre of cola.
Worth knowing: What is Taurine?
Which products can the Body Attack Fat Burner Drink be combined with best?
Taurine (in Latin "tauros" = bull) is a sulphur-containing amino acid compound. The daily requirement of Taurine can be covered by a balanced diet with fish and meat. In contrast, plant foods hardly provide any Taurine.
Increased Taurine efflux from the muscle cells can be observed in healthy individuals who perform endurance training of more than 90 minutes*. Therefore, supplementation of Taurine to a one-sided and high-carb diet, as well as during increased physical strain can be quite useful.
