The building-up muscle protein building blocks BCAA and glutamine are important for maximum success. Quickly available carbohydrates such as maltodextrin can stimulate the pancreatic hormone. The protein building blocks are thus more quickly introduced into the muscle cells. The carbohydrates it contains not only replenish the glyogen stores, but also protect the muscles. The regeneration process is started directly.

For the Post Attack 3.0 shake, the highly concentrated CFM whey protein isolate is used, which is produced by means of cross-flow microfiltration (CFM) and is therefore very pure and of high quality. In addition, the enzymatically hydrolyzed whey protein hydrolyzate, which is also known as Wheypep®, is a component.
In addition to BCAA and L-glutamine, Post Attack 3.0 also supplies the amino acid L-ornithine, which is essential for conversion processes in protein metabolism. After intensive muscle strain, breakdown products are created in the muscles, which are subsequently converted and disposed of in the protein metabolism.
6 important B vitamins
A total of six important B vitamins are included, which are provided for normal energy metabolism after intensive training. They ensure that nutrients such as proteins and carbohydrates are converted into building materials or energy substrates and integrated into the relevant organ (e.g. muscles, liver, bones). The energy system primarily needs the B vitamins to replenish the carbohydrate and creatine stores, because after intensive training they ensure that the metabolic processes in the body and muscles run smoothly. Vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and zinc contribute to the regulation of hormone activity, the maintenance of normal testosterone levels and the normal metabolism of steroid hormones. Since the build-up of muscles is also influenced by hormones, care must also be taken to ensure an adequate supply of the named micronutrients in the daily diet during a strenuous training phase.
It also contains glucosamine sulfate, an amino sugar that can also be found in cartilage tissue. For cartilage or bone maintenance, athletes also have to pay attention to an adequate protein intake. Vitamin C is important for normal collagen or cartilage formation. Athletes with high demands on the joints and cartilage should ensure that they get enough vitamin C in their daily diet. Since the water-soluble vitamin C is mostly neglected in a one-sided and low-calorie diet, the post-workout shake can be a helpful addition.
In addition to vitamin C, the shake also provides vitamins E and B2, both of which act as antioxidants. This means that they protect our body from oxidative stress, which is triggered by the high sports load and the increased formation of free oxygen radicals. Increased formation of oxidative stress can impair immune function and physical fitness. For this reason, athletes should ensure that they take enough breaks to relax and that they get enough antioxidants in their daily diet. Post Attack 3.0 thus serves the antioxidant defense system, which allows the athlete to maintain his performance and delay fatigue.
The post-workout shake also provides minerals (sodium, zinc, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus), some of which are lost through sweat during training. These primarily include sodium chloride (salt), magnesium and zinc, which in turn are required for normal energy, protein and carbohydrate metabolism. During training there is also a shift in the acid-base balance and the electrolytes (minerals). Zinc and magnesium are therefore ideal after intensive exercise, as they contribute to normal acid-base metabolism and electrolyte balance. Magnesium and potassium are also useful for the heavily used muscles and contribute to normal muscle function.
This product also supplies 100% creatine, which is known under the brand name CREAZ®. Like carbohydrates, it serves to build muscle gasoline ATP and is the ideal companion for effective training, i.e. the muscles can better endure the intensive rapid strength training.
