What’s in Body Attack’s delicious Tomato Ketchup Sauce? The main ingredients of water, bamboo fibre and a little sweetener are used sucralose to make sauces like this low-calorie and figure-friendly. These allow other high-calorie bulking agents such as modified starch and sugar to be left out. Other ingredients include colourings, preservatives and, most importantly, tasty flavour carriers like tomato concentrate, wine vinegar and salt. When it comes to its barbecue and herb sauces, Body Attack attaches great value to the optimal flavour carriers – because most conventional low-calorie sauces are missing a real zing. All the ingredients used are suitable for people who are lactose and/or gluten intolerant.

Habe mir diese Ketchup bestellt um zu schauen ob sie der eines anderen Herstellers gleich kommt. Leider nein, der Geschmack ist recht künstlich und die Ketchup ist einfach nur flüssig.
Sehr schade.

Our feedback: Danke für deine Rückmeldung. Die Sauce ist ohne Verdickungsmittel, aber trotzdem haftet sie gut auf Lebensmittel und Speisen. Unser Kunden lieben die Sauce, aber jeder hat da eine andere Wahrnehmung. Wir finden die Sauce lecker.

Klasse soße!!
Selbst mit curry etwas nachwürzen dann schmeckt es top!
Konsistenz zwar etwas zu flüssig aber der geschmack machts ja aus ;)

Der Ketchup ist recht flüssig und zerfliesst ein wenig über den Speisen. Geschmacklich etwas gewhnungsbedürftig aber dennoch akzeptabel. Bei den Nährwerten darf man natürlich auch nicht zu hohe Ansprüche stellen,.
